Reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Accra Luxury Apartments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

2.2. Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in and check-out times are specified in your reservation confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

2.3. Payment:

Payment is required at the time of reservation, and rates are subject to change. We accept various payment methods; please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making reservations and during your stay.

3.2. Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, following all applicable laws and property rules. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

3.3. Damages:

You are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during your stay. Accra Luxury Apartments reserves the right to charge your provided payment method for the cost of repairs or replacements.
