- Flexible: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Moderate: If a cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in, a partial refund will be issued.
- Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or in the event of a no-show.

Accra Luxury Apartments Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM GMT. Early check-in is available for half the night’s rate, subject to availability.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM GMT. Late check-out fees are:
  - Before 4:00 PM: Half the night’s rate.
  - After 4:00 PM: Full night’s rate.
- Luggage Storage: We offer free luggage storage if you prefer to wait in the restaurant, pool area, or elsewhere instead of paying for early check-in or late check-out.

Accra Luxury Apartments No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Please ensure you inform us if you are unable to make it to your reservation.

Breakfast Policy
- Inclusive Breakfast: We offer breakfast as part of your stay. Please ensure you select the breakfast option during booking, or feel free to contact us if you need assistance with your selection.
- Paid Breakfast: For guests who did not select the inclusive breakfast, we offer a paid breakfast option.
- Self-Catering: Our apartments are fully equipped with a furnished kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own breakfast at their convenience.

Smoking Policy
At Accra Luxury Apartments, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, corridors, and within the apartment facility. Guests found smoking in these areas will be evicted and charged a cleaning fee.
Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.

I spent 14 days at Embassy and had a wonderful experience. The place was beautiful, with a great environment and amazing staff. Betty, my host, was exceptional—she made me feel welcome from day one and was always there to help with whatever I needed. My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we definitely enjoyed it. Ewura was our host while we were there and she was great. She was very nice as well as really helpful. The room was spacious, and had every amenity that you would need. I had to rate the room a little lower because the bed was uncomfortably hard, but luckily there a futon we could sleep on.

The hotel is impeccably clean, which is no surprise given its international clientele. The hardworking staff deserve special recognition for their efforts in keeping the place spotless, being warm and welcoming, and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My room offered a beautiful view of the swimming pool, where I could see people from various nationalities enjoying themselves from morning until dusk. It was a lively yet relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable

I had an amazing experience staying at Embassy Gardens in Accra! From the wonderful room to the warm welcome I received upon arrival, everything exceeded my expectations. They even accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to access my room before the usual check-in time. I can’t forget to mention the lovely Betty, who was truly fantastic. During my 10-day stay, I had a truly satisfying experience thanks to the excellent support from Kevin, Betty, and Samuel. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the cleaning service was impeccable. They checked daily for any inconveniences and addressed them immediately. Even after check-out, they continued to follow up on my requests, which was incredibly helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.
