Accra Luxury Apartments Cancellation Policy
- Flexible: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Moderate: If a cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in, a partial refund will be issued.
- Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or in the event of a no-show.

Accra Luxury Apartments Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM GMT. Early check-in is available for half the night’s rate, subject to availability.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM GMT. Late check-out fees are:
  - Before 4:00 PM: Half the night’s rate.
  - After 4:00 PM: Full night’s rate.
- Luggage Storage: We offer free luggage storage if you prefer to wait in the restaurant, pool area, or elsewhere instead of paying for early check-in or late check-out.

Accra Luxury Apartments No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Please ensure you inform us if you are unable to make it to your reservation.

Breakfast Policy
- Inclusive Breakfast: We offer breakfast as part of your stay. Please ensure you select the breakfast option during booking, or feel free to contact us if you need assistance with your selection.
- Paid Breakfast: For guests who did not select the inclusive breakfast, we offer a paid breakfast option.
- Self-Catering: Our apartments are fully equipped with a furnished kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own breakfast at their convenience.

Smoking Policy
At Accra Luxury Apartments, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, corridors, and within the apartment facility. Guests found smoking in these areas will be evicted and charged a cleaning fee.
Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.

I must say I was very happy with my stay at the apartment. I originally booked it because I needed a place with a fitness center. The fitness center is not actually completed at this time but the property manager Ernest made sure I could get to the fitness center at the other property. He offered to give me a ride whenever I wanted to go. The other property is 2 miles away. I walked because it was great exercise for me. The location was good. The staff was amazing. Ernest, Kobe, Dorothy all helped from a management standpoint. Security Charles and one other gentleman made sure we felt safe by making sure people who didn’t have a reason to be there was not there. They asked questions some see it as a inconvenience but I see it as people doing there job to make sure we are safe. The housekeeping staff was also great. They made sure I had everything I needed on a daily basis. I highly recommend this place. I would utilize this place again in the future. Keep in mind the walls are very thin so be mindful of respecting our neighbors. Thank you again for the phenomenal assistance.

An excellent stay. Dorothy was kind and accommodating. Even inquired if I would prefer a nap after my flight before she came by to complete check-in procedures. I had a studio apartment and it had all I needed, including a full kitchen with washer and dryer. The area is safe and quiet with a short ride to/from the airport.One thing to be aware of is the apartment you book. I didnt realize i booked one without a window (just one in bathroom) and the lack of sunlight made a difference. I’ll stay again, but will ensure there’s a window in the living or sleeping area.
